It does happen: sometimes something akward comes between you and your holiday. A travelinsurance is the best help.

We have the following annulment policy:
At reservation you´ll pay 20% in advance. At annulment more than 2 weeks before your holiday starts: we will charge you 50% of the costs of the cottage. At annulment 1 week in advance: 75% of the costs of the cottage. And at annulment less than 1 week: 100% of the costs of the cottage and 15% of the costs of the car rented.

If you leave earlier than planned, there will be no refund.
